A monitoring clause for your maintenance contract

Choose the type of site, how often it is checked and your response time. The clause is written in your browser, in English, French, Spanish or German. Nothing is sent or stored.

Clause [●] – Website monitoring

1. The Provider monitors the availability of the website [site address] with an automated check run every 5 minutes.

2. The Provider replays the website’s purchase journey in a real browser at least every 24 hours, from adding to cart to the payment page, without any real payment.

3. The Provider tracks the expiry of the security (SSL) certificate and of the domain name, and notifies the Client at least 30 days before they expire.

4. When a check detects a fault (website unreachable, journey failing), the Provider starts working on it within 1 business day of the alert. Business hours and days are those defined in clause [●].

5. Each month the Provider sends the Client a report stating the measured availability, the incidents detected and the work carried out.

6. Monitoring is a best-efforts obligation. It does not guarantee that no outage will occur. An interruption caused by the host, a payment provider or a change made by the Client does not start the time limit above, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
