Monitor your clients’ contact and quote forms

The site responds, the page loads, and yet quote requests stop coming in. Pathly replays each client’s form in a real browser and warns you, with a screenshot, when a step breaks.

  1. The broken step, in plain words: the click on “Pay” goes nowhere.
  2. The screenshot, as the visitor saw the page.
  3. The journey’s steps, green up to the one that breaks.

What silently breaks a form

A plugin update that changes a field, a captcha that no longer loads, a script that blocks the submit button, a change of email server. The client only notices after weeks without requests, and often blames the agency.

Why uptime monitoring misses it

Uptime monitoring checks that the page returns 200. A broken form returns 200 too: the page is there, it is the journey that no longer completes. You have to open the page, fill in the fields and click, as a visitor would.

What a Flow does, every morning

The Flow opens the page in a real browser, fills in the form with test values and checks that each step responds: fields present, captcha loaded, button clickable. If a step breaks, you get the alert with a screenshot of the failed step. The assistant prepares this Flow on WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop and the other recognized CMS, and you approve each step.

The limits, stated plainly

The Flow stops before submitting: it does not fill your client’s inbox with fake messages, but it does not prove that the email arrives either. For the sending server, a port Ping checks that port 587 or 465 responds. That is not proof of delivery: a real test submission now and then is still worthwhile.

Common questions

Does the Flow send real messages to the client?
No. It fills in the fields with test values and stops before submitting. Nothing reaches the client’s inbox.
What if the form has a captcha?
The Flow checks that the captcha loads, which is enough to spot a broken captcha. It does not solve it.
How many forms can I monitor?
A form is one Flow. How many and how often depends on the plan, detailed on the Pricing page.

What you show the client

01

The alert, before your store opens

Alert screenshot: failed step, time, store. You get it before the site opens.

02

The invoice attachment

First page of the monthly PDF report, to attach to the maintenance invoice. Included in every plan, under your brand on Business.

03

Nothing to install on the client site

No admin access, no plugin, no FTP. You record the checkout as a visitor. Data in the European Union. One measurement origin.
