What Better Stack does well

Checks every 30 seconds from several countries, status pages, on-call voice calls and SMS with escalation. If your team lives on call, it is a solid tool. Keep it for that.

The journey, without writing a test

In Better Stack, a browser monitor is a Playwright test in JavaScript, written then pasted. With Pathly, you click through the journey once in the recorder, or Lumi prepares it on WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. Each Flow is replayed before it is shown to you, and you validate each step. An agency can watch its clients’ checkouts without a Playwright developer.

Data in Europe, a report for the client

Pathly runs on Google Cloud europe-west1, with a public DPA. The monthly PDF report, on every plan, shows the client what was checked and what broke. It switches to the agency’s brand on Business. Pathly does not place phone calls: critical alerts go through PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
